How we are organized
Governance
Leadership and institutional oversight are distributed among four bodies established by the Confederation’s Statutes.

Assembly
The sovereign body made up of member organization representatives. It approves financial statements and elects officials.

Board of Directors
The representative and executive authority, comprising the Executive Board and one voting representative from each member organization.

Executive Board
The permanent administrative body responsible for the Confederation’s day-to-day leadership.

The body responsible for financial oversight and institutional control.
